Error: The Balance of the line item is not zero

Dear Team,

We are immplimenting the Real Estate module in 4.7 Ver.We got struct with the one message.When we are doing the Periodic postings that time system is showing the messages like The balance of the line item is not Zero.Another message like open item account line with flow type V500 to contain a partner.

Please advise me on this.Thanks for the consideration.
