How to add a client in SMSY SOLMAN SP11

Dear Experts,

I am able to see only 000,001,066 & 300 ( solman dev ) client in SMSY.

We have one another solman PRD client as 310, but it is not listed in SMSY->Systems->SolMan->CES->Sol Manager.

When I click on edit -> Read System Data Remote, I get following error screen:

Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED

Except. CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Date and Time 03.12.2008 15:33:49

When I run Tcode -> SLDCHECK , I get following error screen:

Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection

Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI

RFC host:

%%RFCSERVER%%

program id: NWA_PROGRAM

gateway host:

gateway service: sapgw01

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping returned exception with message:

Error when opening an RFC connection

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

Now checking access to the XI Profile

RFC destination LCRSAPRFC does not exist

=> Create the RFC destination by using transaction SM59!

Please help me on this.

Hi Ashish,

How are you?

For first aid you just check this RFC connection LCRSAPRFC it is a TCP/IP RFC.

But i dont think its related to your issue.

What can you do Just delete this system from Solution manager Using SMSY and add it again.Next time it should show all the clients .If still you are facing any problem then Please let us know.

Note:Please note Down Name Of all the RFC's before removing System so later you can assign same later.

Also Please let us know at which SP level you are right now to analyse your issue.
