Pricing Condition PBXX became Statistical

Hi Experts,

I have an issue in the purchase order. The PO contains 8 line items and the 4th line item contains the condition type PBXX. Out of the 8 line items, 7 line items have the condition type PBXX.

The issue is the value of the 4th line item is not getting included in the total document value.

For example, the total document value for the 8 line items is 10000 USD and the value of the 4th line item is 1000 USD, in our case, the total document value is being shown as 9000 USD only.

When I go into the details of the condition type of the 4th line item, in the control data, the status of the condition type is being shown as Inactive "W" - Document Item is statistical only.

I am unable to find out the reason as to why only for one line item it has become like this.

Please provide me some information on the circumstances in which the PBXX condition type becomes inactive or it becomes statistical.

Just go to the line item 4 adn select the pbxx conditon adn click on analysis button at bottom.

this will show you the price determination.

here you can figured out.

that can be any reason for this but try with above solution.

Hi Radha,

Some time system behaving such type issue ,this issue comes when users doing such activity like creating po , changing item, deleting item ,pricing changing there is alot of way when this issue comes in the system.

The best way to find the solution you just create new line item with copying the issued item and delete the issued item.Then check the calculation , i hope problem will get solve.
