Hey,

How to findout the no of rows and column in alv grid .

and

how to findout the particular row and column data.

there are operations such as select count * which gives number of rows and by definition of internal table you can find number of columns.

hi,

its simple .....you will surely have final internal table ...............by adding a counter for fetching values...the counters value is equal to no of rows.......and by counting the number of fieldcat u can understand the number of columns........

Hi,

Use count to get no of cols & describe to get no of rows of I_Table.

For ALV count field catalog.
