LSO - regulatory on-line test and wbt in the learner portal

The course catalog consists of on-line tests and WBT. Few of them are regulatory and learners are expected to repeat them yearly. on-line test grants a qualification which is valid for one year while WBT does not grant qualification . WBT is a prerequisite course for enorlling to the test.

my question is how to make the learner repeats the wbt.
