Hi,
On CRM2007 I can create emails and assign activities to them (similar to assign account etc). But on another system it doesnt work, there is no drop down showing up. The view is in standardconfiguration.
Can anybody tell me where to customize what activities can be assigned?
I checked the reference-profiles in SPRO but was not successful at all, even I could deactivate the assignment on the other system where it works.
Can anybody help?

this should work without any s-pro effort. what is "the other system", CRM 2007?

Both systems are CRM 2007.
In "Definition of Transactiontypes" I added an Object Reference Profile (ACT_SUBSEQ) to "Outgoing EMail". Since then I get a textfield where there should be a drop down.
What could be the problem? There were no UI-changes applied for this component.
