Hi.

You can't "split" the function Change Manager but if you always need two approvals then you may just add another "to be approved" state after or before the current one and have another person (i.e. approver or whatever) authorize your change (request).

You can do this by changing the workflow for you Change Requests (transaction type SDCR).

These actions can be changed using TA SPPFCADM and select CRM_ORDER.

An OKP exist on service.sap.com/rkt-solman that explains how to configure automatic emailing.

This approach can be used for your configuration.

I need to split role for approve change request

what's the link between crmd_order and the CR?

I'm not able to find SDCR transaction -_-'

SDCR is a transaction type, not a transaction.

What you need is to customize/change transaction types (in your case SDCR which is the default transaction type for Change Requests)

This is done via SPRO/Customizing or directly using tx: SPPFCADM.

However, you should not change the default. It is recommended to copy SDCR to a name in customer name sapce (i.e. ZDCR) before making any changes.

This is also done via SPRO/customizing. Search for "Define Transaction Types"

The IMG documentation provides some useful information for an initial understanding what to do and why.

You should also have a look at http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman.

Hope this helps.
