Printer Problems

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying print to one of my printers ( 001print ) but he keeps print in another one (002print).

Any ideia what it is wrong... he use to work fine...

Hey,

Check the default printer of your user on SU01.

If not working maybe its written in the program (its a customer program?)

The default printer must have been defined in the your username. check the "defaults" tab in SU01 under the user. Check if the wrong printer is defined in the "output device" in Spool Control section in SU01.

Thanks Everyone,

But I solved the problem... the issue was that the printers is using a DHCP instead of Fixed ( reserved ) IP address...

I change the IP address into the printer/ports to a new IP address that he receive from DHCP and he works fine...
