Crystal Reports Charting/Graphing Print-Time Formulas

Hello All,

I have read a lot of information on the issue with graphing print-time formulas, with workarounds through sub reports, etc. I have not been able to implement this into the report that I am trying to create.

I am trying to achieve several different things through print-time formulas. My issue is not with the formula itself as the information is being calculated correctly. My issue is with the inability to graph with these formulas. I recall reading someone mentioning that there may be an add-on for the Crystal Report interface that would actually enable the ability to graph on print-time formulas.

Here is a synopsis of what I am trying to accomplish:

- Number of tickets created by the Service Desk

- Number of tickets resolved by the Service Desk

- Percentage of resolution (which divides resolved by created)

It is this percentage that I am not able to graph.

Does anyone know of an alternative way (besides the WhitePaper from Business Objects found [here|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/40e7130d-aa1e-2b10-ce9f-eee2a54ff4cd]), or an add-on component that will enable the graphing on print-time formulas?

Thank you.
