what's the return code 24003 of BIA server for? I can't find it in the forum or notes. I also found that no response from AlertServer or an internal error, could anybody give a hint? Thanks!
24003 indicates a communication problem with the alert server. Please look for notes on component BC-TRX-BIA with keyword "AlertServer". Of course it does not hurt to be on the latest revision
