Moving average price

Dear MM consultants,

My client is using only MAP for all material.

I created a PO, MIGo and MIRo.

In MIRO when i try to change the value of the item it is throwing error as 'Acc determination of enter XXXX prd not possible"

How to fix this.

If i need to maintain in OBYC what is the acc modifier wirh PRD combination.

To my knowledge PRD is applicable only if we maintain std price in amtl master and price variation in PO?? is this is correct

Price differences (PRD)

Price differences can also arise in the case of materials with moving average price if there is not enough stock to cover the invoiced quantity. In the case of goods movements in the negative range, the moving average price is not changed. Instead, any price differences arising are posted to a price difference account.

Depending on the settings for the posting rules for transaction/event key PRD, it is possible to work with or without account modification. If you use account modification, the following modifications are available in the standard system:

None for goods and invoice receipts against purchase orders

PRF for goods receipts against production orders and

order settlement

PRA for goods issues and other movements

PRU for transfer postings (price differences in the case

of external amounts)

Hello,

If there is not enought stock in the system then during MIRO you can not load the value on material so it will hit the PRD account.

the modifiers which you can use are as below based on the scenarios :

None for goods and invoice receipts against purchase orders

PRF for goods receipts against production orders and order settlement

PRA for goods issues and other movements

PRU for transfer postings (price differences in the case of external amounts)

In your case keep the modifier field as blank
