Unable to generate inspection lot for recurring inspection

Hi Friends,

I am trying to generate inspection lot for recurring inspection. But I am unable to generate.

I scheduled the recurring inspection job through qa05, i activated inspecttion type 09 in the material master. Still i get a message that no batch found for processing. Please could any one help me.

hi

1.pl check in material master QM active with 09 type

2.check in QM view wether you mentioned the inspection intervel.

3.when you do GR for any batch system will give the date next inspection in Batch data.

4.check the next inspwection date is there or not

Hi,

Apart from what Ashok has suggested to check, you should check, what is the value give for the "Initial run in days" for QA07/05 Layout.

That filed is used as....

The opening period is calculated using the initial run in days.

If the batch expiration date or the next inspection date is in the
opening period, the chosen action is executed.

Hi,

In addition to the above suggessions, also check the inspection interval. This should be maintained in QM view before doing any GR. Then system proposes the next inspection date.

Check the next inspection date through MSC2N, if it is not there put the date. So that system will generate recurring inspection lot on back ground.

If you want immediate lot, then put the yesterdays date in MSC2N and run QA07.
