I have a customer who claims that the account has overdue items more than 21 number of days. As per OVA8, the set up has only 2 days grace period. The expectation is that the new orders will be blocked. But they did not.
The account however has Special Liab values in FD33. (collaterals)
Does having special liab values in FD33 bypass the credit check for overdue items?
