data does not appear on POSDW/MON0 but it appear in table /POSDW/TLOGF

Hi Experts,

I am facing a issue about the POS Monitor on SAP CAR.

I open the report by tcode : /POSDW/MON0 to see the POS transaction. However, I see that some transaction data in some days for store was missing on POS workbench.

Ex: I can see data for all stores from 1/1/2018 to 15/1/2018 but from 16/1/2018 to 31/1/2018 I only see data at 3 stores, and other period is normal.

I checked /POSDW/QMON , it is ok,

I checked on table /POSDW/TLOGF, I can see data for all stories from 15/01/2018 to 31/01/2018.

Do you know why it was like that?

Hi Pham Chinh Thi,

Can you try running /posdw/refi for missing stores and days.

Also if possible can you post the snip of POS Workbench what you are getting between 1 - 15 and 16-31 Jan 2018.
