Precautions to prevent Messages getting struck in Queue at R/3 side

Dear Friends,

Shortly we will are planning to transport PI 7.1 objects from quality to production. As per our understanding, sometimes we have seen messages that are getting struck in Queue at R/3 side (during testing in Development as well as Quality). We even discussed this with the Basis team at the Client side. But till now we feel we didn't get proper permanent solution for the issue.

To make sure that the same don't reoccur in the Production we would like to get some valuable feedbacks / suggestions & opinions from you guys. Please tell us what all precautions we should take to ensure messages will not get struck in queue at R/3 side.

1. Make sure that the queues are registered.

2. Make sure that report RSQIWKEX is running periodically.

3. Check sxmb_adm -> Integration Engine Configuration -> MONITOR Parameter QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED value 1.
