Project-based cash flow report

good morning,

I need to know if a Project-based cash flow report is available in ByDesign.

For example, for a project I've some purchase orders to different suppliers with specific payment terms. Analogously, I have one or more sales orders to the customer, and one or more invoices, having one (or different) payment terms.

I want to see in a report the expected outcoming cash flow for payables and incoming cash flow for receivable, depending on different payment terms in the documents above.

There is no direct report available to capture the Incoming and Outgoing cash flow for project based transactions.

You can try using financial reports;

Project Cost and Revenue Details by Project:

Shows the planned and incurred costs and revenues, margins, and variances for multiple projects. For customer projects, it also shows the deferred costs and revenue, the estimated costs, and the net revenue in the sales order.

Project Cost and Revenue by Project:

Shows the planned and incurred costs and revenues, margins, and variances for multiple projects. For customer projects, it also shows the estimated costs and the net revenue in the sales order.

Project Cost and Revenue by Project Structure:

Shows the planned and incurred costs and revenues, margins, and variances for the project tasks of a single project displayed as a hierarchical structure. For customer projects, it also shows the estimated costs and the net revenue in the sales order.

Liquidity Situation:

Shows the opening cash balance for a given day, adding the cash inflows and subtracting the cash outflows. You can try Liquidity based reports.
