Count qualified records

Hello, how do I count the number of records in a qualified table. I can see in the data manager the number of records in the main table, but how do I know the total record count for a qualifed table, not the count of the qualifiers, but the actual count of qualified records.

Thank you for your replies. Let me clarify my goal. If you look at the delivered material repository for MDM, it has a main table of u201CProductsu201D and a qualified table of u201CLocation Datau201D. If a material here can have 1 to 5 locations (plants) which is the non qualifying field. I would like to be able to query MDM for how many records exist in the u201CLocation Datau201D

If I load 3 materials in the Products table and the first material has 2 locations, the second material has 3 locations and the third material has 1 location, how do I verify that 6 records have been posted to the qualified table. We need to verify the load from the source system and one of our validations is the source record count compared to the MDM record count.

Hi Mitesh,

you cannot count the qualified table records unless they are assigned to a record. You can only count the non qualifiers when you select the qualified table as the current table.

Hi Mitesh,

If I have understood your question correctly.

You want to know the number of records under your Qualified table.

For this,all you have to do is ,Select the Qualified table from the list of tables in the data manger Top left section from the drop down.

You will be able to see the Qualified tabel records,where only the Non Qualified fields will be visible,if you ahve made them as Display fields in Console settings.

At the bottom right of the data manger you will see the count for the number of Records in that qualified tabel.

This will give you the number of Non Qualified records in the Qualified table.As Qualifiers will not be visible here .They are visible only under the Qualified table tab under teh Main table heading in the data manager.
