How to enable customizing activity in standard SAP GUI

Hi all Expects, I am getting problem with enabling customizing activity which is invisible on standard SAP CRM GUI, especially with Define System Proposals for Related Knowledge Articles in Knowledge Article. I am on configuring Knowledge Article now!

Hello Sang,

it's not clear what you mean with enable "Customizing activity" ?

In the IMG for customizing "Define System Proposals for Related Knowledge Articles" you define the possibility to define "Suggest Knowledge Articles" and the determination of the KBA in your relevant CRM document. You relate a transaction to the transaction for knowledge article.

Could you provide more information for your requested functionality ?
