Subtotal and grand total values showing zero when quantity and unit amounts are not zero

i need help resolving this crystal report abnormality where some times the SUBTOTAL, VAT and GRAND TOTAL Values do not zero amounts in actual fact the quantity and the unit costs of the items selected are not zero. The same report for a different transaction works and is able to print the Subtotal and Grand total Values. See the images below
