dashboard widget plug in error

Dear Experts,

I am able to login in SAP Crystal Dashboard Web Portal with B1i user in with both Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome, but In SAP Dashboard Widget is not loading.

There is an error in Dashboard Widget*This Plug in is not supported*

System Details :

OS = Windows Server 2008 R2

SAP Version = 9.2 PL08

DB = SQL

Any help would be highly appreciated.
