"Client out of memory" issue after migration BEx 3.X to 7.0

Hi Experts,

We're facing a systematic issue after migration our workbooks from BEx 3.5 to 7.0

Our BW was already migrated to 7.0 successfully; just the reporting layer was kept at 3.5 version. But everything was working fine;

A couple of weeks ago all reporting layer was migrated to BEx 7.0, without any issue. Most of our reports are also working fine, although some are with "out of memory issue", let me explain.

One particular workbook has a great amount of data, almost 35,000.00 lines. It's the movement of two weeks. When you run it at the old version of BEx, there's no issue (it's also another client). But when you run the same workbook (the same parameters at selection screen) with BEx 7.0 the application is closed: "Client Out of memory".

When I ran the report for a shorter period (7 days) the report runs fine;

My question: At BEx 7.0 it really happens, is there an extra step after migration?

I already run the most common procedure like RSRV (diagnosis and repair), collapsed request older than 60 days, I just didn't generated the report again at TCode RSRT again because I don't have enough rights at Production to do this;
