Hi David,
I do not think your requirement is possible at least in the standard, i.e. CCM publishes it's data to TREX for indexing, basically just taking a snapshot of the current catalog metadata and storing it on TREX for searching.
I guess for your requirement, if you could find a way of using this existing trex metadata in the PI then perhaps you could get your requirement to work ... perhaps in terms of achieving this take a look at the report /CCM/CHECK_TREX which is an abap report which allows direct searching on the TREX indices without the use of the catalog search engine UI, maybe utilising the methods in this report will allow you to realise your requirement.

Hi Jason
I'll try to explain in detail.
We have our SRM solution with CCM as catalog of our providers products.
From an new customer application, we need to consult products info that
are in our CCM catalog. We would like to request some product info to the
catalog through PI71. For this reason, we would need that catalog could publish
some webservices to PI71 and then our application could consum them.
I hope this clarify my question, if not, please contact again with me.
Thanks a lot and best regards.

Hi David,
I am afraid I do not understand your request, can you please elaborate and explain as clearly as possible what your requirement here is?
