Error creating qualified table record "Data out of date"

After creation of a qualified table (actually renaming it in Console)

I got several empty records which I cannot delete, error message: Information out of date <0x84000000> Version 5.5.SP5 (5.5.42.85).

I've replaced the display fields of this table,

I verified, repaired and compacted the repository, reloaded it with update indices.

Still the error remains.

Is there a possibility to bring the database back on line or do I need to recreate the complete table?

As the problem seems to come fromm the data contained in the table, I would recommend to delete the table and recreate it.

The quicker way to to this is:

- Export the schema of the repository

- Delete the table (and the field connected to the table)

- Import the schema back in the Repository

This should clear all the data so you can start from a empty table.

Hi Missale ,

In that case Missale ,you can go for the Archive/Unarchive option as mentioned earlier in my post.

All you need to do is archieve the rep by Right clicking on it.If you want the Repository Archieve only with schema you can select the Schema only option while archieving ussng the Option button at the bottom of the archieve .

If you have Data as well in your existing rep that you wish to transport then you can go by the general Archieve option,it will archive the rep schema with the contents.

Note to unarchive with a Different name,this will take care that the inconsistencies from the previous rep are not replicated.

I have encountered a similar problem.I have deleted the repository and unarchived it

Hi Missale,

Try Updating the Repository.

In console Right click on the repository and select Update repository.Although this is used only when you are using a differnt version of a rep on a diff Sever version.

However as your error talks something about an Out of date problem.Try this option out.

You can also try the Archiving it and then Unarchiving it with a different name.If this also does not work,you may have to go for the Recreation of the Qualified table.

As the problem is only with the Qualified table and the Main table is working fine.
