Hello,
When I try to forward the Support message to SAP form Solution Manager the status does not change to sent to SAP.
How do I proceed from here to successfully send the message to SAP.
I have a sim file which have followed and also have some documents.
Note: I have configured the Solution Manager but not to the extent of creating the Business Processes. If that is the reason then I want to know what these Business Process are that we use and How do approach in creating them.
