Fund Management: PO level check point for Fund Management

Hi All,

In Fund Management, We have PO level of check point for Budget.

Let us assume that, PO has been posted and the same budget has been utilized, But after some period of time, The same PO has been cancelled or reverted by user?

Then what will happen for the Budget?

Please share your valuable information.

Hi,

When PO or any other budgetary commitment is cancelled, the budget consumption is decreased accordingly; hence, available budget is increased. What is your doubt exactly?

As you have mentioned budget will increase if we have cancelled the respective PO once after utilizing the budget.

Is there any configuration setup needs to be done in SAP for the same process?

No, that's standard behaviour. No specific settings are required for this process.
