How to relate UUID/content field in SDK

Dear experts,

We're working with a developer who's making a report as REST service for querying specific customer's adresss UUID.
He was able to create the report and also, its able to query that. We need to get both addresses UUID (UUID & CurrentAddressSnapshotUUID)
Here's the image of the field I mean (I tried to attach it to the post but I don't why it didn't upload)
The problem for our developer is that after he made available this field, he's not able to relate this UUID/content with the Customer BO.

I'm not familiar with this type of content, so I'd try to be more specific for asking this.
