Searching in E-Recruitment

Dear guys,

I am implementing E-Recruit and really my knowledge about it is not wow. I installed TREX and I think it is working because I can find documents I uploaded in SKPR07.

However, till now when I try to find a candidate by first or last name, it doesn't work. How can I debug this? Plus, what are the required configuration that I might have missed?

I would really appreciate the help.
