Payroll basic question...

Hi all,

I have inserted the data thru IT 08, 15 for payroll for 10 people(same group,area etc)...when I go to simulation it is showing in the log tree where no person have been selected by the system...

same way I went to any other Payroll releted results like PF 12a statement or any other report....it is showing nothing.....

what is the ideal process to run payroll after inserted data in IT for Pay and Time Mgt.????

Please give me a clue...

This error refers to Infotype 41. Pl specify the subtype 01 forthe date mentioned.

Hi,

in the log tree...under the name of the employee ...message comes "Date specification 01 does not exist for 40 00 01 2008 12"

Is it compalsary to enter IT 580-91 for testing payroll...???

Have you configured 0007 infotype?

mandatory infotypes for payroll 0000 0001 0002 0007 0008 make sure you done it

It is for calculation tax based on the location isn't it ?

But here i just gave to run simply for testing purpose

Thanks a lot for taking efforts for me....but guys...I did all this...I have put ITo,1,2,3,4,7,8...and in PC00_M40_CALC_SIMU - Simulation put all the accurate info about the payroll area....and all...

Plz guide me....

Hi,

For the person for whom you are running the payroll please check the organizational assgnment infotype 0001 and make sure that you are running the payroll for same payroll area assigned in infotype 0001.. and already you have maintained master data infotypes.

For country India entries in 580-591 infotypes is required to run the payroll.

Please write the error message what you are getting

1) Are all these Employees in the Payroll Area for which you are running the Payroll?

2) Are all these employees actve for the time period for which you are running payroll?
