Default end user "Workflow" displayed on backend SAP Purchase Order

Hi,

Are their any system mods available in the R/3 or SRM systems that would allow our project to override the default end user "Workflow" prevented from being displayed onto the backend SAP PO and the actual end user who created the Cart and PO in SRM being displayed instead? The WF end user displayed in the R/3 PO as the one who created the document throws out our reporting.
