I hope I am posting in the right section.
I have a strange problem in upgrading from CE10 to CE XI R2.
We have some reports which run and send a link via email to users which they click on and can view a report - In CE10 they can click on the dates in that report and it will take them to a set of graphs.
The same report which has been migrated over allows them to see the first page of the report but they cannot drill down. they get red crosses where the graphs should be.

An example of the missing chart source in CEXIR2 drill down is below:

If I log onto the CEXI R2 Infoview from the same client, manually click on the report and drill down it works fine, so I am wondering if I am missing something somewhere. I chose not to install v10 Web Desktop Support but is it the fact that this is not installed on the server means that clients cannot drill down?
Maybe the link that is being sent out is wrong somehow?
