I am working on Automatic ticket creation scenario through email. I did all the configuration in Scoping ( questions -> service -> selecting all relevant options). Next I did the fine tune where: -> E-Mail and Fax Settings -> Click on E-Mail and Fax Settings link -> check the Default Sender Address
I Did the the B2C configuration in Admin-> service and social -> communication channel-> email.
Maintained Org structure for the same.
After doing all these configurations:
I am getting below attached error:
