When I export the trial balance to excel, the system crash in the screen "save to". I found the system crash only when I check the box "to separated columns" in the system message box of "Export GL acct/BP Code and Name". This only happen in one user's desktop. When the user login in another computer, the above will not be happened. I tried to uninstalled SAP and microsoft office in the desktop and reinstall again. Problem still exist. Please help.
