JMS adapter alerts not triggered in RWB Alert Inbox

Hi,

I have created an alert category and also created rules for the same which is generic to capture all types of error and generate alerts,

We are not able to see alerts for JMS adapter errors as its alerts not being generated.

Please guide me wether i have to do some change in configuration.

Hi Jagannath,

Did u get any solution to your problem? I am also facing the same issue.

Actually the problem is with the Async mode. In Async mode even if receiver adapter fails the message will still be shown as successfully processed in SXMB_MONI. Because of this I think Alerts don't get triggered.

Please let me know if you get any alternative solution.
