Configuration Issue

Dear All,

As per the new laws there are some changes to be made for the HR system

*The EPF of the employee has been deducted from 11% to 8% and*

The handphone was taxable before and now it is non taxable.

Here my company wants to change these 2 setting's. Can you please help me how to configure it as per the new standard's.
