'login failed' to Universe Design Tool and Rich Client, Webi and Liveoffice working

Hi,

I upgraded from BI4.2 SP3 to SP5, now I get 'login failed' to Universe Design Tool and Rich Client even with Administrator username/password on enterprise authentication.

Webi is working to login to and and Liveoffice is working following copying some tomcat settings.

Both Rich Client and Universe Design Tool now do not login, how do I fix this?

    Are the client tools upgraded tot he same patch level as the server ?
    What exactly does the error says ?
    Have you searched the error/workflow in the SAP Knowledge base ?
    have you traced the UDT or WRC to see what the trace logs show about error ?
