Can somebody give Equvilency determination data model which means how the data is linked with student id and related tables ?.

I don't know why are you interested to know equivalency data model? It's complicated. If you want to read ED use this function module 'HRIQ_ED_RFC_ST_ALL_ED_GET'. If you still want to know data model trace this function module.
