Network confirmation issue with workcenter

Hello Experts,

I am facing issue with a network confirmation.This network is linked with work center WC00001. However postings coming from blue collars & white collars are sometimes done with work center WC00001 and sometimes WC00007. Please explain, from where the WC00007 coming from.

When posting time through CATS the sending Cost Center comes from the user's personnel record, info type 0315. Please post screen shots of your issue and what steps you have taken to diagnose the problem.

Hello Ken,

Actually in CN48N transaction - I am getting confirmation details with 2 different work centers, WC00001 and WC00007.

However, only the work center WC00001 present in the network. From where WC00007 is coming from. I am facing this problem with different personal numbers. Please explain.

Are you using CATS to charge the Network Activity?

Hi Ken,

Yes we are using CATS for white collars and interflex for blue collars to charge the Network Activity.
