PO release strategy

Hye

I need to add a new purchasing group into my characterstics in PO release

I tried doing it through CL20N, but the required purch group is not available to flag

There is only a list where i need to flag and no field is there to enter the group

Please let me know how to add the same

Do i need to add in other tcode and then this will appear in CL20N

Hi,

First add the values in chrectersic in CT04

Then it will be visible in CL20N there you can assign.

First Create characteristic purchase group through CT04 then add that in class through cl02 or through CL20n into release strategy.

to get values in release strategy

u have to maintion them in the charecteristics

got o ur cherecteristic of pur grp and in value tab give the values u want to use in rel strategy

First add the Purchase Group Value in Charecteristic Values in CT04

Now go to Release Strategy Classification Values / CL24N and add the Purchase Group Values and Save.

Note : Sometimes Values may not come into Classification / CL24N in that Cases Log out the SAP Screens and Log in Again and Add the Values and Save
