JCMON Error: Can't open shared memory administration (rc=-107)

Hello:

After apply a new Framework (patch SPS18), although the J2EE starts without problem (3 jlaunch in running status), the jmon doesn't work. The following message is displayed:

Can't open shared memory administration (rc=-107)

Command to start: ./jcmon pf=/usr/sap/MIP/SYS/profile/MIP_DVEBMGS00_cfmobint

Any idea of what could be happening?
