Quality notification

Dear all

in my case for return goods i have maintained inspection type 05 and returned goods directly comes in inspection stock, and inspection lot is created and when while result recording defect is recorded and notification is created.

i have used Q1 notification type for that.

but in the notification there is sales order and delivery no field. but problem is that sales order no and delivery no doesnt comes there. how could that no will come?

please give me solution ASAP

Hello Pravin,

Please let me know where have u maintained 05 & 06 inspection type. The solution might lie in the standard itself. let us try to see all the possibilities

hi gajesh,

i have maintained 05 in the material master and in the spro also in the shipping menu. assigned 05 inspection to the delivery type.

Hello,

Its available in config - Overview of notificaiton type > screen areas in notification header > Screen type object > 0500

and in the screen structure for extended view > Reference object > 005 & 040.

This is just a guess as these are standard config. I have tested this in my client and is working fine with all data getting populated in the q1 notification

hi

this is same setting in spro as you told,

in my case when i used 06 inspection type and against that when i create notification then all fields comes but when i used 05 inspection type instead of 06 then sales order and delivery no not comes.
