Formatting of Text into SAP Script from an Internal table

hi,

I have an Internal table for which a field is 132 charcters length.

This field contains a text record by record as shown below.

1 SPECIAL INSTRUCTION TO VENDOR:

3 IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL VENDORS TO COMPLY WITH SA8000 NORMS AS PER THE

4 CHECKLIST SUBMITTED BY YOU TO US. NON COMPLIANCE OF THE SAME DETECTED AT

5 ANY POINT OF TIME WILL LEAD TO CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER OR ANY OTHER

6 ACTION OR BOTH AS DEEMED FIT BY TATA STEEL.

7 VEHICLES HAVING AGE MORE THAN 15 YEARS WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN SIDE THE

8 PLANT. HENCE ALL SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS & TRANSPORTERS ARE REQUESTED TO

9 TAKE NOTE OF THIS & ENSURE THAT THIS IS STRICTLY FOLLOWED AS SECURITY'.

The above text need to be printed in SAP SCRIPT.

But the Text appears in SCRIPT as shown below.

I need to have the above text shown in formatted manner.

For e,g Line 14 and 15 text should come together as AS SECURITY.

HI,

To get the text in continue manner ..you need to specify the '=' i.e Extended Line in the small box located at left side of eacjh row. for new line '/' i.e Line Feed

one more option '/=' Line Feed and Extended Line.

Check these option...this will help you.

Hi Murlidhar,

The best option to your problem is to create text for terms & Conditions. & if u want to do as u r trying then either increase the window length or decrease the font size. I think u can feel some change in the format after that.
