Hello SAP PP

U need to go to CR02 for the work centre you are using and choose Active version .Here u need to change the Shift start time and finish time , with breaks and also number of shift u want to carry out the production of 300 pcs.

Now , u can go to co02 and do the capacity check for the same order or if u aleardy realsed and started the production , then call "Read PP Master data " to achieve the same

Hope this will clear your idea.

Hi,

Check this option:

In Work center change node, create Active version for that work center and manually add 3 shifts for that day by specifying the same in the intervals start and finish date.

Now in Production order change mode, use "Read PP master data" so that the 300 nos will be planned on the same date based on the version used in the work center.

Try this...

You need to define shift sequence and allocate to the PP work centers if not defined already. Then you can assign shift sequence to particular day(s) for three shifts.

Afterwards, reschedule your order to be carried out in the next two shift.

You can also use capacity levelling profile to dispatch your operations to particular work center to be carried out in three shifts
