Internal Manufactured Requirements

Dear All,

Our client is in Metal Industry. All his orders are projectized inside PS, they have deliverables which for example is Material X. This material X is consisted of materials A B and C. Once A/B/C are manufactured X just be complete.

I tried used Strategy Group 21 (Make to Order / Project Settlement) and Special Procurement 52 (Collective Order) and placed a requirement inside the project system for Material X.

once I run MRP, it generated Ordersfor X/A/B/C. My problem is, after I finished any of A/B/C I want to deliver them to the project stock and have X complete. Special procurement 52 doesn't allow me to do any deliveries (GR) for A/B/C, only for X.

What's the best practise for this?

I was thinking of making a project WBS bom for material X and putting in it A/B/C but I don't know what impact this WBS BOM will do.

Please understand that in the project system the team only asks for X, they dont know that it is made from A/B/C until the technical department lists these structures (after looking at technical drawings)
