ADS and Spool

Hi. We have same problem... The ADS server is configured the external consulting team is died for tehnical reasons(hard disk die), i'm reconfigure the ADS RFC to other JAVA server, and after some changes all test reports are fine (like fp_test_00 and FP_PDF_TEST_00 ) we can print local if press the

"Print Preview" but if we want print directly, it doesn't work , the spool job end's with error (check in SP01) :

Incorrect (Reason unknown)

The print other documents works fine (from LP01) ...

We will try to restart the ADS and PROD servers as soon as possible ...

Can any one see same situation?

P.S. Situation are resolved after PRD restarting ...

hi,

I have the same problem with ADS and spool. You said you restarted your "PRD". Do you mean your PROD Application Server?
