What does Swia do?

I'm trying to find a definition that tells me what TCode SWIA is used for and who should have access to it. Thanks in advance.

Hi Daniel,

Workflow administrator will the access of the T.Code of SWIA

T.Code SWIA Description: WI Administration Report.

By using this t.code we can transfer workitem from an user to another user and we forward the workitem.

Workflow admin functionality(SWIA) able to move work items from different approver end users inboxes for the approvel.
