Number Rang for Excise Group

Hi all

I am facing problem in SNRO / J1I9 / SNUM , I want to maintain number range for objects J_1IRG23A1

J_1IRG23A2

J_1IRG23C1

J_1IRG23C2

For excise groups P1 ,P2,P3 ,P4 ,P5 , I have maintained all excise group in DEV Client & requist

transported to Testing client which updated table J_1IEXGRPS in testing also but when I trying to

maintain number range for excise group in either in SNRO / J1I9 / SNUM . It showing massage that

*Excise group........ P1 does not exist

Message no. NR011*

what may be the reason ? is there any Note for teh same issue or any other reason is there
