Enable Tax Jurisdiction field in MDG NWBC

Hi Experts,

We're using MDG NWBC to upload customer data. Based on country, tax jurisdiction is appearing. Currently if we enter US/CA we can see this field on NWBC screen. We need the same functionality for PR as well. Please let us know, where we'll configure fields/layout in MDG NWBC.
