Priority 5 is not supported: Solution Manager Work Centre Setup

Hi All

We are currently getting this issue in our Solution Manager Work Centre setup. We are usingf SOlution Manager 7 SP 16. The full alert / message is:

Not all priorities are in customizing or supported - Priority 5 is not supported

I have gone throught SAP Note: 964598 and we still get this message appearing. I have checked the table SCPRIO and this Priority 5 does not exist. However when I try and check SCPRIOT i get a message:

The maintenance dialog for SCPRIOT is incomplete or not defined

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix this problem, please help!!

Sol Man 7.0 SP16 - I got following entries:

SCPRIO

CLIENT PRIORITY TXT_LONG

100 1 1: Very High

100 2 2: High

100 3 3: Medium

100 4 4: Low

100 5 Medium

100 9 Low

SCPRIOT

CLIENT PRIORITY LANGU TXT_LONG

100 1 D 1: sehr hoch

100 1 E 1: Very High

100 2 D 2: hoch

100 2 E 2: High

100 3 D 3: mittel

100 3 E 3: Medium

100 4 D 4: niedrig

100 4 E 4: Low

100 5 D mittel

100 5 E Medium

100 9 D niedrig

100 9 E Low

I am not sure but I don't think I ever created entries manually in these tables.

Those priorities come with BASIS support packages. We have some of them 4 times, others 3 times...
