Hi gurus, I want to know if is possible to change the target of a PSA´s request...

i.e.:

ODS 1 ODS 2

º º

º º

º º

ºººººº PSA ºººººº

...but the infopackage had as data target ODS1 .. and now i want to update the request thas has stored in PSA to the ODS2 ...if it possible?¿?¿?

solved by my own.

If you check the PSA requests, and try to schedule this, you can select the other ODS to update.

Hi guys.. I´m thinkin to create a DTP that load from PSA to DSO2, but i have 2 problem:

1.- is possible to load only 1 request from PSA using a DTP? Where can I select this?

2.- is possible to do a full load (with DTP) in a DSO that have delta inits???? where is the flag "Data Full Repair" that we had in infopackages? or is not necessary?

Hi,Neo .

first,you can't load data to two target use one dtp,when you create the dtp,you can see.

sed.the 1th you use the dtp is the init.and then delta.

Hi Neo,

Make the thing like this:

IP>DS>TRFN1>DTP1>ODS1

IP>DS>TRFN2>DTP2>ODS2

Here only use one Infopackage (IP) , one Datasource (DS), 2 Transformation (TRFN) and 2 DTP . This is a standard dataflow for BI 7.0

As this is not possible to move this PSA records to ODS2.

Please change load this to ODS1 and then move this to your ODS2. You only said these 2 ODS are connected to each other.

Try creating Update rules between infosource (of ODS1) and ODS2 so it should look like

DS--ODS1

-- ODS2

When loading through infopackage it shall show you both the data targets.

OR if you have taken the req to ODS1 the take it from ods1 to ods2 through update rules.

Hi,

If you are in BI 7 you can assign that particular Datasource (PSA) to the DSO2 and run the DTP it will load the data from PSA to DSO2.

Hi Ravi, thanks for you response, but maybe the picture is not showing correctly.

I had the DSO1 and DSO2 conect with this PSA trough update rules, but when i started the infopackage, the DSO1 was the only data target that was mark. So now, i want to load the PSA´s request to the DSO2.... if it possible?

I´m working on BI 7.0.
