SAP standard task TS10008107.

When ever the approver for the confirmation is not found it is routed to the replacement apporver who is assigned to the SAp standard task TS10008107.

How do we assign the agent (replacement approver to this task)

Please suggest.

Go to the Task TS10008107.

In one of the menus, you will find Additional Data --> Agent assignment --> Maintain..

I hope you should be able to give the replacement approver there..

To create a substitute use the function module SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN.
